In this chapter, we talk about how to make sure everyone in a team knows their role and how to build trust and open communication, especially with the help of digital tools. When people work together, it really helps if it’s clear who’s doing what. Trust and honest conversations make teamwork smoother. And since a lot of teams work remotely now, using the right technology can really help keep everyone connected and working well together.

Dr. Pavelek’s commitment to international academic exchange continued during his doctoral studies. To incorporate comparative legal perspectives into his research, he undertook academic research stays at leading European institutions, including the law faculties of the University of Vienna in Austria and the University of Bremen in Germany. These international residencies allowed him to engage with foreign legal doctrines, conduct comparative legal analysis, and collaborate with European legal scholars, particularly in the realm of Germanic civil law traditions that heavily influence Czech private law.
