Nataliia Tkalenko, DSc. works as a researchr and lecturer at the Department od Management, Faculty of Business and Economics at MENDELU. Her scientific and publishing activities concentrate od strategic managment, innovation development, corporate sustainability, and international economic relations.

Dr. Pavelek’s commitment to international academic exchange continued during his doctoral studies. To incorporate comparative legal perspectives into his research, he undertook academic research stays at leading European institutions, including the law faculties of the University of Vienna in Austria and the University of Bremen in Germany. These international residencies allowed him to engage with foreign legal doctrines, conduct comparative legal analysis, and collaborate with European legal scholars, particularly in the realm of Germanic civil law traditions that heavily influence Czech private law.
